Defrost the fridge and freezer in advance

Defrost the fridge and freezer well before the cleaning appointment. Wipe away the defrosting water and leave the doors open so the interior surfaces can be cleaned safely.

Make sure electricity and hot water are available

Electricity and hot water must be available throughout the cleaning. They are needed for cleaning equipment, cleaning household appliances and washing bathrooms.

Remove belongings and rubbish

Remove personal belongings, valuables and rubbish. If any items will remain in the property or you need help handling them, please arrange this with us in advance.

For example, a move-out clean of an apartment of around 60 m² usually takes 7.5 labour hours, bringing the total to approximately €255 after the tax credit, including the service fee.

  • How long does move-out cleaning take?

    The estimate is expressed in man-hours: a studio apartment usually requires 5.5–6 hours to clean, a two-room apartment 6–6.5 hours, a three-room apartment 7.5–8 hours, and a four-room apartment 9–10 hours.
