Our standard home cleaning rate is €45.90/hour, which, after the full tax deduction, costs you only €29.83/hour. Are there any additional charges?

No, there are no unexpected extra charges in standard home cleaning. Our pricing is fully transparent. We do not add billing fees, travel fees, mileage costs, equipment fees, extension pole fees, oven cleaning fees, garbage disposal fees, or any other surprise charges. Our cleaners are professionals who bring all necessary equipment at no extra cost. Billing starts when the cleaners arrive and stops when the work is done, so you always know what you're paying for.

Can I stay home during the cleaning?

Yes, you can. However, we naturally hope our cleaners can work undisturbed. Many customers schedule cleaning when they are not home, making it pleasant to return to a clean and fresh home.

Do I have to give the cleaner a key?

No, as long as access is arranged. However, you can safely entrust us with your house key, which we store in a secure safe. You will receive a receipt for the key, and we take full responsibility for its safekeeping. The key is marked with a secret code, not your name or address. You can also leave a spare key in a designated place or meet us at the door.

Will the cleaner judge my home?

Don’t worry. Our professional cleaners do not judge your home; they focus on their work. They are happiest when they can make a big difference in your home’s comfort. No need to pre-clean before our arrival. :)

Will my privacy be protected?

Our cleaners are discreet and have signed a confidentiality agreement. They are strictly bound by a confidentiality obligation and do not discuss clients’ homes, even among themselves, unless they work together on the same location. Cleaners will never open cupboards or drawers unless specifically agreed upon. We can also agree that certain areas are left out of the cleaning. Cleaners are also not allowed to take photos inside homes. You can trust that your privacy is fully protected.

What if I am not completely satisfied with the results?

Customer satisfaction is extremely high with us. However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, let us know immediately, and we will be happy to correct it. Depending on the situation, we can redo the cleaning or fix the issue in the specific area where there was a deficiency. We may also offer compensation for the service. Our employees are also insured with Pohjola Vakuutus Oy and have an occupational health agreement with Terveystalo Oy.

Do I have to sign a cleaning contract?

No. We never push customers into binding cleaning contracts. However, if you prefer, we are happy to make a fair and balanced cleaning agreement. Regular cleaning appointments should still be scheduled well in advance to secure the best time slots for you.
