How much does house cleaning cost depending on the size of the home?

You can order regular home cleaning from us or one-off services such as moving-in cleaning or window washing. Regular cleaning ensures that it is always pleasant to come home to and that a good level of cleanliness is maintained.

We work throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area – in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Nurmijärvi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Kirkkonummi and Sipoo.

VAT-exempt senior services

IsoJoo! is supervised by the Regional State Administrative Agency and registered with SOTERI, so we can, under certain conditions, offer services to seniors and other special groups without VAT. A medical certificate is not required. Often, advanced age or some other limitation that prevents full independence is a good justification.

 Although VAT is not charged, you can also claim a household deduction on the remaining amount. When both benefits are used, the cost for seniors is only €25.27 per person-hour. For VAT exemption, we will do a small survey of the situation and needs.

The service can be ordered not only by seniors themselves, but also by children and grandchildren for their parents, allowing the children to take advantage of the benefit in their own taxation. The benefit is very significant and regular plavlumme can be a great relief and security for living at home.
